Jeremy Hamman is a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist in the State of Illinois. He has years of experience, both in university clinical environments and also with Beltone Hearing Care Center. He received his education from Purdue University earning a degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences. Jeremy is originally from the area of Aurora, so he is very involved with the community. He always strives to make sure his patients understand not only that they have a hearing problem, but also how it is affecting their lives in a very understanding manner. Helping a patient hear better is his number one priority. He manages the Glen Ellyn and Elgin Offices.

Lisa is a Patient Care Coordinator in our Glen Ellyn office. She has a BA from Indiana University and has many years experience in customer service. Her goal at Beltone is to provide excellent customer care. She finds it rewarding to work with a knowledgeable, professional and caring staff.

Lisa oversees all our locations in the Chicagoland area. Lisa is new to the Beltone Team but brings years of management and customer service experience. Lisa has a business degree from Carthage College. Lisa enjoys talking with the patients and hearing stories and experiences that each patient brings with them. “Every patient that comes to one of our Beltone locations becomes family. My position allows me to work at all the locations and I benefit by getting to meet and build relationships with more patients. My position with Beltone is rewarding in so many ways.”

Kelly is our Assistant Office Manager. She oversees the training of all the Patient Care Coordinators and makes sure the patients are getting the best care possible. She has witnessed what hearing loss can do to a person’s social skills through her grandparents. Kelly started as a Patient Care Coordinator and has worked her way up to Assistant Office Manager. She is very passionate about Beltone and has been a great asset to our company.
